In the modern world of buying services and not boxes, customers become partners, and with partnerships comes relationships that need nurturing.
Apps as a Service is a business model where only relying on a great first impression to make the sale won´t cut it. My job is to maintain that experience and keep our customers happy. I believe customer success should be proactive, not reactive. Think of it as buying flowers not only when it´s expectedd or you´ve done something wrong, but also when its not expected! Happy customers = happy Fuse = Success. Win-win!
When I´m not focusing on happy customers I spend time on the usual suspects (music, movies, binging series, reading and staying in shape). I enjoy playing squash and running, and since joining the great team at Fuse I have started doing CrossFit with my colleagues twice a week. I also tend to spend a few hours a week on casual gaming and my facination for wrist watches.
